Which emails do you send?
Where our emails come from, what each one is for, and how to stop them.

Our emails come from Enjoy Tickets, tickets@enjoytickets.co.uk. Add it to your contacts so your tickets never land in spam.
What we send
- Your tickets, right after you buy ("Your tickets:" and the event name)
- Account emails: confirming your email address and resetting your password
- Changes to your order: a ticket someone sent you, a corrected email address, a refund, a cancelled or changed event
- Waitlist emails, when you join a waitlist and when tickets are held for you
- One reminder if you leave checkout without paying, with a link to stop these reminders
- New events from organisers you follow, with a link to unfollow
- Replies to your help requests
If you tick "Email me about events like this" at checkout, we keep that choice for the organiser. We do not send newsletters yet, and if we start, every one will have a link to stop them.
Stay safe
We never ask for your password or card details by email. To pay, you always use our checkout on enjoytickets.co.uk. If an email looks wrong, do not click it: contact us instead.
