- The email address you used to buy.
- What happened, and a screenshot if it helps (JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB).
What happens next
- We email you that we have your message, with a private link to it.
- When we reply, you get an email. Open the link to read it and reply. No account needed.
- Logged in? Your requests also show in My tickets.
