Flexible tickets

Some events offer a Flexible ticket at checkout. It costs a small percentage of your order's face value, shown as a price before you tick it. With it, you can refund the whole order yourself, for any reason and without proof, until a cut off before the start: usually 48 hours, and the exact time is shown at checkout and on your order.

How to refund

Open your order (the link in your email, or My tickets, or the app). Under Flexible ticket, press Refund with the amount, then confirm once. It is done at once.

What you get back

• The ticket prices and booking fees of everything still yours: tickets you have not passed on or used, and extras not collected.
• The Flexible ticket price itself is not refunded.
• The money goes back the way you paid: to your card, usually within 5 to 10 working days. If you paid partly with a gift card, the bank card gets its part back first and the rest goes back on your gift card straight away.

Your tickets stop working as soon as you refund, and go back on sale (people on the waitlist are offered them first).

Good to know

• After the cut off the option disappears. If the event moves, the cut off moves with it.
• A ticket listed for resale has to be taken off resale before you refund.
• Tickets passed on to a friend stay theirs and are not refunded.
• If the event is cancelled, you get a full refund anyway, normally including the Flexible ticket price. See Cancelled events.
• Tickets bought through another website that sells our events do not come with a Flexible ticket.
