What is the booking fee?
A small fee on paid tickets, already included in every price you see.

The booking fee is what we charge for selling the ticket: the website, the secure checkout, your tickets and the door scanning. It is a percentage of the ticket price that is agreed with each organiser, so it can differ between events, and the event page always shows the exact amount. For some organisers our fee is inside the ticket price instead, and a small processing fee for card payments is shown with the price.
Always included
Every price you see on Enjoy Tickets is the full price, fee included. The event page shows the amount with each price, for example "incl. £1.60 fee", and checkout shows the ticket price and the fee as separate lines before you pay. Nothing is added at the end.
When there is no fee, or a lower one
- Free tickets have no booking fee.
- A discount code lowers the ticket price, and the fee is worked out on the lower price, so it goes down too.
Do I get the fee back?
If an event is cancelled, you get everything back, booking fee included. For other refunds, see Can I get a refund?.
